Mmm, what a wonderful smell! Pizza and pasta, olives and basil, tiramisu and cappuccino … The culinary offering of our hotel is dedicated entirely to bella Italia. If you opt for bed and breakfast, you’ll already enjoy Italian cuisine in the morning, and with half board you can indulge at night, too. At lunch time you can eat à la carte.

Starting the day with a cup of coffee, a croissant, and the first headlines of the daily newspaper? Or do you prefer a hearty energy boost? At our rich breakfast buffet, you have the choice. Besides Italian classics, you’ll also find fine South Tyrolean products from the immediate surroundings, such as freshly prepared egg dishes, colourful fruit and vegetables, cheese and sausage specialities, and much more.
The taste of Italy: our half board
If you book with half board, in the evening you can choose between a freshly baked pizza (six days a week) or our multi-course selective menu with Mediterranean dishes. Of course, selected traditional South Tyrolean dishes are also always on the menu – nowhere else do sea and mountains merge in such a delicious way.
Lunch à la carte
At lunchtime, the Italian selectionis perfect for a quick meal. From April to November we serve it at our sky bar and bistro on the roof terrace, or at our restaurant in case of bad weather. Our tip: Up there – in the shade of Mediterranean plants – the aperitif simply tastes best.
