Created by Head Chef Patrizio Lamanna together with hosts Barbara and Dieter Frasnelli, Kontrasto blends tradition, creativity and South Tyrolean hospitality.

At the Kontrasto Restaurant in Laives, guests enjoy a unique culinary journey. Chef Patrizio merges the authentic flavours of his home region Apulia with the Alpine aromas of South Tyrol.
The focus is on seasonality, premium ingredients and sustainability, following the principles of circular cooking.
